O(A) Coordenador(a) de Reservas & Revenue Management é responsável por liderar as atividades de reservas e gestão de receita do hotel, assegurando a correta administração da disponibilidade de apartamentos, estratégias tarifárias e canais de distribuição. Atua na coordenação da equipe, acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho, maximização da receita e ocupação, além de garantir a excelência no atendimento aos hóspedes e parceiros. Trabalha de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial e Operacional para impulsionar resultados, promover melhorias contínuas e assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, rentabilidade e hospitalidade da Accor.
Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado para resultados, com capacidade de liderança, tomada de decisão e gestão de equipes. Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade para negociação, resolução de problemas e gestão de conflitos. Visão estratégica, foco no cliente, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de atuar com múltiplas demandas em ambiente dinâmico. Conhecimento de Revenue Management, distribuição hoteleira, sistemas de reservas e indicadores de desempenho será considerado um diferencial.
