Job Description
- Welcome guests and provide prompt, professional assistance with requests.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest services.
- Offer accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and cultural activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive & vibrant attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
