L’hôtel LE SCRIBE est un hôtel 5* situé en plein cœur de Paris, dans le quartier de l’Opéra, entre la place Vendôme et les grands magasins du boulevard Haussmann.
Notre établissement entièrement rénové compte 201 chambres, dont 39 suites et duplex, un espace séminaires & banquets, une offre Restauration entièrement revisitée dont le Restaurant-Bar "RIVAGES" et le comptoir-boutique "SCRIBE & Cie", un fitness et des salles de soins.
Nous recherchons pour compléter notre équipe Restauration: Commis.e Mini-bar en CDD du Lundi 21 octobre au 31 décembre 2024.
Le Département Restauration est composé d’une équipe d'une quarantaine de collaborateurs, qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de CUISINE, supervisées par le Chef Martin SIMOLKA.
Les principales missions à effectuer sont :
- Approvisionner et faire le réassort quotidiennement des mini-bars des chambres selon les standards
- Veiller à la présentation et à la propreté des mini-bars, en respectant les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- S'assurer de la facturation correcte des consommations
- Garantir une relation clientèle discrète et courtoise lors des interventions dans les chambres
- Première expérience dans un poste similaire
- Rigueur, sens du détail et organisation
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Maîtrise du français, anglais souhaité
- Discrétion et courtoisie dans les interactions avec la clientèle
