  • Préparer les repas du personnel

    Volet opérationnel

    Coordinateur avec le chef exécutif pour le menu du jour

    Récupérer du stock les marchandises nécessaires à la préparation du repas

    Mettre à jour le stock

    Préparer et les aliments et procéder à la cuisson

    Dresser les plats et faire le service auprès du personnel

    Après le service, Procéder au conditionnement, à l’étiquetage et au stockage

    Normes

    Veiller au respect des procédures et standards de l’hôtel

    Veiller au respect des normes HACCP


Qualifications

  • CAP Cuisine
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en qualité de cuisinier en hôtellerie 5* ou dans la gastronomie à l’international
  • Pratique couramment le Français à l’écrit comme à l’oral

Informations supplémentaires

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
