Il TRIBE Table rinomato ristorante dell'hotel TRIBE Milano Malpensa, per la sua atmosfera innovativa e la sua cucina , è alla ricerca di un Commis (Aiuto-Cuoco) entusiasta e desideroso di crescere nel campo culinario. Responsabilità:
- Assistere lo chef e i cuochi nelle attività quotidiane di cucina.
- Preparare ingredienti e linea, affettare verdure e aiutare nella preparazione di piatti.
- Occuparsi del servizio della prima colazione, preparando specialità a base di uova e relativi accompagnamenti.
- Mantenere gli standard di pulizia e igiene, assicurando un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e ordinato.
- Imparare e applicare nuove tecniche culinarie sotto la guida dello chef.
- Contribuire alla gestione dell'inventario e delle scorte in cucina.
Requisiti:
- Passione per la cucina e desiderio di apprendere e crescere professionalmente.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e sotto pressione.
- Spirito di squadra e buone capacità comunicative.
- Precedente esperienza in cucina o formazione culinaria sarà considerata un plus.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi fine settimana e festività.
