We are searching for an experienced and visionary Commercial Director to lead our Sales and Marketing team into 2025 and beyond. This executive-level position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our hotel.

Job Description

What you will be doing 

  • Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing team to exceed hotel budget, groups, C&E, food & beverage and marketing ROI’s 
  • Responsible for total business revenues  
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategies based on market analysis and business intelligence 
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships 
  • Maintain extensive knowledge surrounding all customers, key partners and exceed in a competitive landscape 

 

 


Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Strong background in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
  • Senior experience in brand management, traditional / digital marketing and E-commerce  
  • Proven record of results and experience in the luxury hotel industry
  • Experience in multitasking and forging key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen, exposure to contracting and development new business 
  • Domestic and international experience
