We are searching for an experienced and visionary Commercial Director to lead our Sales and Marketing team into 2025 and beyond. This executive-level position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our hotel.

What you will be doing
- Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing team to exceed hotel budget, groups, C&E, food & beverage and marketing ROI’s
- Responsible for total business revenues
- Develop and execute the commercial strategies based on market analysis and business intelligence
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships
- Maintain extensive knowledge surrounding all customers, key partners and exceed in a competitive landscape
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong background in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
- Senior experience in brand management, traditional / digital marketing and E-commerce
- Proven record of results and experience in the luxury hotel industry
- Experience in multitasking and forging key stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial acumen, exposure to contracting and development new business
- Domestic and international experience
