Job Description
•Develop and execute cluster revenue strategy aligned with Accor commercial standards
•Drive RevPAR Index (RGI) growth through proactive demand management
•Lead pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategy
•Optimize channel mix and cost of acquisition control
•Owner-level performance reporting & insight
Qualifications
•Minimum 2–3 years experience in Revenue Management
•Analytical mindset with strong forecasting capability
•Proven track record in improving RGI and GOP flow-through
•Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
•Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
