Situé au bord de la lagune Ebrié dans le district d'Abidjan, le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire vous ouvre ses portes avec 423 chambres & suites spacieuses et design avec vue sur la lagune ou le quartier chic de Cocody. Son spa, son fitness, son cinéma 3D, sa piscine extérieure ainsi que ses 4 restaurants et 5 bars vous invitent à la détente. L'hôtel vous accompagne pour vos événements professionnels et privés grâce à ses 19 salles de conférences modernes et équipées et son Palais des congrès de 1650 places. Le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire permet d' allier travail et détente. En plus d'être situé à proximité du centre-ville et du quartier des affaires d'Abidjan, il se trouve en effet à proximité des sites touristiques de Grand-Bassam ou d'Assinie. A 10 minutes de route seulement du Plateau, vous pourrez visiter également la Grande Mosquée d'Abidjan, la cathédrale Saint-Paul et le Musée des Civilisations de Côte d'Ivoire. Le jardin botanique de Bingerville se situe à 45 minutes en voiture.
Missions
Assurer la prise de réservation par téléphone, mail, ainsi que toutes les opérations qui s’y rapportent. Développer et optimiser les ventes de chambres en respectant la politique commerciale de la marque et de l’hôtel.
Activités
- Offrir un accueil téléphonique personnalisé et chaleureux
- Identifier rapidement les nouveaux clients et adapter son argumentaire de vente
- Répondre aux besoins des clients et les informer des prestations offertes
- Proposer une réponse adaptée aux besoins du client
- Connaître l’environnement géographique et concurrentiel de l’établissement
- Contribuer à l’optimisation du taux d’occupation et du prix moyen de la chambre
- Respecter et appliquer la politique tarifaire
- Pratiquer la politique du Revenue Management
- Assurer le suivi administratif des réservations
- Transformer une demande de renseignements en proposition de réservation
- Présenter le programme de fidélité du Groupe ou de la marque
- Traiter les éventuelles objections par un argumentaire adapté
- Procéder à la prise de réservation selon les standards Sofitel
- Saisir et confirmer les réservations
- Communiquer et coopérer avec les autres services
- Niveau d'études BAC +2 à 3 en hôtellerie ou diplôme équivalent
- 02 à 03 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la Réception, Relation client ou Commercial
- Connaissance des logiciels de gestion hôtelière PMS : Opera, etc.
- Maitrise de l’anglais
- Connaissances de base en yield management et tarification
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Sens du service client et de l’accueil
- Rigueur et organisation (gestion des réservations multiples et précises)
- Capacité de vente et de persuasion (upselling/cross-selling)
- Esprit d’équipe et bonne capacité d’écoute
- Résistance au stress et gestion des situations de surbooking
