Job Description
The Cluster Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. The role ensures brand consistency, supports campaign execution, and coordinates marketing communications to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across both properties, in line with Fairmont and Accor brand standards.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Sales, the responsibilities and essential job functions include and are not limited to the following:
Marketing Execution
- Support the implementation of approved marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions for both properties
- Coordinate marketing activities across rooms, food & beverage, spa, and events
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns in alignment with marketing calendars
Brand & Collateral Management
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines
- Coordinate the creation, updates, and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, signage, menus, digital assets)
- Liaise with external suppliers including designers, printers, photographers, and videographers
Digital & Social Media Support
- Assist in managing social media content calendars in coordination with the digital and corporate teams
- Support content creation including captions, visuals, and campaign messaging
- Monitor engagement and support the preparation of monthly digital performance reports
Website & Online Platforms
- Coordinate website content updates, including offers, promotions, and imagery
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across digital platforms
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Support PR initiatives, media visits, influencer collaborations, and hosted experiences
- Assist in coordinating photoshoots, familiarization trips, and press activities
- Support the development of local partnerships and collaborations
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with operational teams to gather content and align marketing activities
- Support internal communications related to marketing initiatives and brand activations
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations
- Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries, and budget follow-ups
- Provide administrative support to the Cluster Director of Sales as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred
- Exposure to multi-property or cluster roles is an advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong brand awareness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across two properties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
