Content Creator – Photography & Videography

Rixos is looking for a creative, proactive and technically skilled Content Creator with proven expertise in photography, videography and visual storytelling.

The role will produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and other marketing needs while maintaining the hotel’s brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery.
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments, including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations.
• Capture hotel events, key moments and special activations as required.
• Handle photography and videography setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Create content adapted for Instagram Reels, Stories, social posts, websites and other marketing channels.
• Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand and consistent in quality.
• Organise and maintain the hotel’s complete photo and video asset library.
• Stay updated with current social media, hospitality and content-production trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom and Audition is an advantage.
• Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and short-form video.
• Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to support shoots, events and activations outside standard working hours when required.

• A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills is required.
