Bij ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport en ibis Budget Schiphol Amsterdam Airport draait alles om mensen. Met 844 kamers, 6 F&B outlets, 5 meeting rooms en zo’n 110 collega’s uit meer dan 30 nationaliteiten, zijn wij alles behalve standaard. En daar hoort een HR Manager bij die net zo dynamisch is.
Als Cluster HR Manager ben jij het kloppend hart van onze HR-organisatie. Jij zorgt dat alles draait van instroom tot ontwikkeling en denkt tegelijk mee over de toekomst van onze hotels.
Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en operatie. De ene dag spar je met het management over groei en organisatieontwikkeling, de volgende dag duik je in recruitment, verzuim of HR-data.
Wat je zoal doet:
- Je leidt het volledige recruitmentproces (van aantrekken tot afscheid nemen)
- Je adviseert directie en afdelingshoofden over HR-vraagstukken
- Je zorgt dat payroll en administratie strak geregeld zijn
- Je houdt contracten, dossiers en systemen (AFAS) perfect op orde
- Je vertaalt wetgeving en cao naar praktisch HR-beleid
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega’s
- Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten en houdt overzicht
- Je maakt heldere rapportages en stuurt op data
Kortom: jij hebt overzicht, regie én invloed.
Wie jij bent
Jij bent iemand die stevig in je schoenen staat, maar ook makkelijk verbinding maakt. Je houdt van tempo, maar brengt tegelijkertijd rust en structuur.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je een HRM-diploma (of vergelijkbaar)
- Heb je minstens 2 jaar werk ervaring in human resources
- Heb je feeling met hospitality en operationele teams
- Spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands en Engels
- Ben je communicatief sterk op alle niveaus
- Kun je snel schakelen en prioriteiten stellen
- Neem je initiatief en durf je beslissingen te maken
