Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the resort’s opening team, ensuring attraction of top hospitality talent locally and internationally.
  • Build a diverse, engaged, and high-performing workforce aligned with the resort’s positioning as a luxury all-inclusive destination.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to identify critical roles, succession pipelines, and future talent needs.
  • Develop effective onboarding and integration programmes to ensure colleagues are fully prepared for launch.
  • Establish strong recruitment partnerships and employer branding initiatives to position Rixos Phu Quoc as an employer of choice.

Colleague Experience, Engagement & Culture

  • Create and champion a positive colleague experience throughout the employee journey.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and retention.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish colleague communication platforms and engagement initiatives to build connection across the resort.
  • Ensure the People & Culture function is a trusted partner and strategic advisor to all departments.

Learning, Development & Talent Management

  • Establish learning and development frameworks to support operational excellence and career growth.

  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective resolution.
  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for the resort.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, contracts, and colleague administration processes in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external partners where required.

Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, Executive Committee, and department leaders.
  • Partner with Rixos corporate People & Culture teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Build strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.
