L’équipe People & Culture Opérations France accompagne 1155 hôteliers français dans leurs besoins RH. Elle est en charge entre autres du recrutement des équipes de direction d’hôtels, de la mise en œuvre des programmes de développement pour les collaborateurs, de la marque employeur, les relations écoles et institutionnelles…
C’est une équipe dynamique et innovante, composée de 5 personnes.
- Participer à l’organisation, la coordination et l’animation des événements RH en collaboration avec les partenaires emploi, les écoles, les institutions et les hôtels du réseau Accor (job dating, forums, salons, conférences, webinaires, visites, etc.).
- Contribuer au développement de la marque employeur à travers la gestion des relations écoles, la création de supports de communication RH et la participation à des actions de promotion des métiers de l’hôtellerie.
- Accompagner les hôtels dans leurs besoins en recrutement pour le compte des propriétaires ou directions d’hôtels en réalisant le sourcing de candidats, les préqualifications téléphoniques et la constitution de shortlists.
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs RH et des projets en cours, préparer des reportings réguliers et présenter les avancées lors des réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires.

Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe (en présentiel ou en distanciel)
- Le reporting est essentiel pour assurer une bonne connaissance de chacun sur l’avancement des projets.

Compétences analytiques & prises d’initiatives.
Maitrise du Pack Office
Rythme idéal : 3 semaines / 1 semaine ou 3 jours / 2 jours
Anglais niveau B2 minimum

- Ticket Restaurant à hauteur de 11€ avec une prise en charge à hauteur de 60% par l’entreprise
