• Support the Sales and Marketing team in maintaining and nurturing ongoing business relationships with clients.
• Participates in sales and business development activities as directed by the Cluster Director of Sales.
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of secured business, including generating proposals, drafting contracts, and maintaining customer correspondence.
• Gains a deep understanding of the property’s target customers and their service expectations, offering tailored business solutions before and during programs or events.
   

• At least 1 year experience in the hotel industry.
• Good in reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point and Outlook.
• Good communication and customer contact skills
