  • Monitor risks and dependencies through structured risk management tools and mitigation planning.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation for sustainability programs.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare impactful materials (presentations, memos, briefs) to inform Executive Committee and Board-level discussions on sustainability topics.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear and action-oriented content adapted to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., sustainability reporting, ESG ratings, investor briefings).
  • Represent the CSO’s priorities and voice in meetings, ensuring alignment and follow-up on key actions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal communications, investor relations, compliance, and public affairs teams.

Leadership & Representation

  • Act as a trusted right hand to the CSO, ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic execution across the function.
  • Represent the CSO’s perspective and strategic direction in forums when needed, ensuring consistency and integrity of messaging.
  • Foster a culture of purpose, responsibility, and innovation across sustainability initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify internal processes in the sustainability office.
