TES MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
- Envoyer des propositions commerciales, assurer le suivi des demandes et garantir la qualité de service de l’accueil au départ des clients.
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de CA de l'établissement.
- Faire vivre une expérience unique à nos clients et les fidéliser.
- Faire le lien entre les différents services de l’hôtel.
- Facturation et suivi des débiteurs
- Contribuer opérationnellement aux différents évènements.
Prêt à relever le défi ?
- Interlocuteur privilégié des clients, tu seras amené à répondre à leurs demandes, à les accompagner dans l’organisation de leur séminaire, à les accueillir le jour J et à les chouchouter tout au long de leur événement
- Tu feras également en sorte de surprendre le client, dans l’acte de vente mais aussi lors de leurs événements
- Ton rôle sera d’optimiser la vente de tous les espaces ; séminaires, restauration, hébergement
- Tu sauras également être force de proposition pour augmenter les ventes des différents espaces, en créant de nouvelles offres adaptées
- Tu assureras la bonne coordination et la communication avec tous les services de l’hôtel
- Tu animeras le fameux « point co’ du jeudi » & tu participeras au Business Review
- Car une réponse se fait toujours attendre, tu respecteras le timing de nos clients
- Avec ton optimisme à toute épreuve, tu seras l’ambassadeur Novotel Annecy & The Craic pour tous nos clients et aussi nos collaborateurs
- L’équipe des ventes, composée de 4 personnes t’attend avec impatience afin de partager rire et bons moments. (Avec toi)
- Serviable de nature tu pourras aider opérationnellement.
