Estamos buscando un Auxiliar Administrativo de Talento y Cultura/Recursos Humanos organizado y eficiente para unirse a nuestro equipo en Monterrey, México. En este puesto, proporcionará un apoyo administrativo crucial a nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos, contribuyendo al buen funcionamiento de diversas funciones de RR.HH. y fomentando una cultura positiva en el lugar de trabajo.
- Ayudar con los procesos de reclutamiento, incluyendo la publicación de anuncios de trabajo, la programación de entrevistas y el mantenimiento de bases de datos de candidatos.
- Apoyar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos empleados, preparando la documentación necesaria y coordinando las sesiones de orientación.
- Mantener los registros de los empleados y actualizar los sistemas de información de RR.HH.
- Ayudar a organizar y coordinar eventos de la empresa, sesiones de formación y actividades de creación de equipos
- Responder a las consultas básicas relacionadas con RR.HH. de empleados y directivos
- Ayudar en la preparación de informes y presentaciones de RR.HH.
- Apoyar la aplicación de las políticas y procedimientos de RR.HH.
- Colaborar con el equipo de RR.HH. en diversos proyectos e iniciativas relacionados con la gestión del talento y la cultura de la empresa
- Asistir en la administración de las prestaciones y en asuntos relacionados con las relaciones laborales
- Realizar tareas administrativas generales como archivado, introducción de datos y preparación de documentos
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (preferido)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita
- Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Habilidades efectivas de gestión del tiempo
- Comprensión básica de los procesos y políticas de RRHH
- Conocimiento de las leyes y reglamentos laborales en México
- Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y manejar información sensible
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y un enfoque orientado al servicio al cliente
