Développer les activités commerciales et événementielles de l’établissement en assurant la promotion, la vente et l'organisation d'événements dans le respect des objectifs commerciaux fixés.
Missions Principales
- Commercialisation
- Répondre aux devis groupe hébergé
- Contrôler le règlement des acomptes et assurer la facturation.
- Organiser des visites au sein de l’hôtel.
- Suivi des comptes clients, relance et développement de partenariats commerciaux.
- Evènementiel
- Concevoir, planifier et organiser divers événements (événement spéciaux ponctuels et récurrents, réunions, mariages, conférences, etc.).
- Coordonner la bonne organisation du travail et la logistique
- Comprendre les besoins et attentes des clients pour offrir des solutions personnalisées.
- Assurer un suivi post-événement pour recueillir les retours et fidéliser la clientèle.
- Relation Client
- Accueil des clients et gestion de la relation client avant, pendant, et après l’événement.
- Gestion des retours d’expérience et des réclamations pour assurer une amélioration continue des services.
- Être le garant de la qualité de la promesse vendue aux clients en collaboration avec les différents services
- Administration
- Assurer le posting des différents groupes dans Opera
- Suivi de la facturation des événements et des réservations.
- Gérer les budgets des événements
- Formation
- Diplôme en gestion hôtelière, événementiel, commerce, marketing
- Expérience
- Première expérience est un plus, de préférence dans un hôtel lifestyle.
- Expérience en gestion de projets.
- Compétences Techniques
- Connaissance des logiciels de gestion hôtelière (PMS) et des outils de marketing digital.
- Qualités Personnelles
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Sens du détail et organisation rigoureuse.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
