A quelques pas du centre-ville d’Issy-les-Moulineaux, le Domaine de la Reine Margot est une parenthèse presque cachée, loin de l’effervescence parisienne. Franchir les portes du Domaine, c’est entrer dans un lieu chargé d’histoire, une bulle vivifiante, pour y vivre une expérience hors du temps.
Notre hôtel propose 83 chambres et suites, un restaurant « Marguerite », un lounge-bar, un bar caché dans l’ancienne chapelle, ainsi qu’un spa et des salles de séminaires.
Nous recherchons actuellement un Attaché Commercial Individuel et Groupe en CDD de Remplacement pour cause de congé maternité.
En nous rejoignant comme Attaché Commercial Individuel et Groupe, vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe de Nelly, notre Directrice des Ventes et Marketing. Alors si vous aimez faire plaisir à vos clients, à vos collègues, et surtout à vous-même, n’hésitez plus, ce poste est fait pour vous !
Vos futures missions :
- Suivre et utiliser les outils de réservations (RésaWeb et Opera Cloud)
- Identifie rapidement le nouveau client et adapte son argumentaire de vente
- Répondre aux besoins des clients et les informer des prestations offertes
- Proposer une réponse adaptée aux besoins du client
- Connaître l’environnement géographique et concurrentiel de l’établissement
- Communiquer en anglais (ou autres langues selon les besoins de l’hôtel)
- Assurer le suivi administratif des réservations
- Présenter le programme de fidélité du Groupe ou de la marque
- Procéder à la prise de réservation selon le processus
- Saisir et confirmer les réservations
- Entretenir les relations commerciales, informer, conseiller les clients et s'assurer de leur satisfaction
- Vérifier le respect des procédures administratives dans les délais afin d'assurer un service clientèle optimal (contrat, facturation annulation...), en lien avec les autres services
Compétences requises
- Première expérience en Réservations et/ou Réception
- Connaissance du secteur de l’hôtellerie-restauration
- Doit avoir de fortes compétences de communication écrite et orale
- Doit être capable de travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe et prendre des initiatives
- Doit avoir d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Doit être organisé(e), rigoureux et curieux
- Aime travailler en autonomie
- Maitrise experte des outils bureautique
- Maitrise de l’anglais
- Polyvalence
