このポジションの主な責務と業務内容は以下の通りですが、これらに限定されるものではありません

宴会/宿泊に関するセールスの業務、全般をご担当いただきます。

  • お客様が理想とする宴会/宿泊のヒアリングから、当日までの打ち合わせを担当。
  • 見積もりと価格交渉を行い、契約書により確認する。
  • 他セクションや協力会社とのコミュニケーションをとり、ゲストと契約したすべての詳細が提供され、ゲストに満足してもらえるよう確認する。
  • 新たなプランの立案、ご提案用資料・ツールの改善など、集客率・成約率UPにつなげる業務。
  • ブライダルフェアやご招待イベントなどの運営。
  • アカウント、連絡先、ビジネスの詳細を適切なソフトウェアアプリケーションで管理し、リピーターを増やし、管理する。
  • Managerのサポート。必要に応じて、週次、月次、四半期、年次報告書を作成する。
  • 代表メールアドレス・その他プラットフォームへの問合せメール、電話対応や来客応対。
  • その他、宴会/宿泊に関する業務のサポート。

部署の方針、手順、安全に関する方針に従う。

  • Oversee all operations related to Room and Banquet Sales.

  • Manage meetings from initial guest consultation through to event day execution.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue written contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and guest satisfaction.

  • Develop new plans, enhance materials and tools, and implement strategies to attract customers and increase contract conversion.

  • Organize and manage bridal fairs and other promotional events.

  • Maintain accurate accounts, contacts, activities, and business records using designated software applications.

  • Support the Sales & Planning Manager by preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and in-person guest inquiries.

  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.


資格

  • セールスの基礎知識を身につけており、ホテル業界に興味があり、今後業界を学んでいきたいと考える。
  • ADOS/Managerへの確認・報告業務を怠らない
  • PCスキル: ワード・エクセル基本操作
  • 文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力(日本語・英語等)
  • 対人能力、提案力のある方
  •  責任感と信頼性
  •  ゲストのニーズに注意をはらい、丁寧な対応ができる方
  • 館内インスペクションやアテンドなどの軽作業あり
  • Ability to provide thoughtful guidance and suggestions to guests

  • Basic knowledge of sales and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry

  • Strong sense of responsibility for regular reporting and follow-up with supervisors

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and other relevant applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English required)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven problem-solving abilities

  • Highly reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and guest-focused at all times
