Job Description

The Role:

  • Assist in the day-to-day pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of properties.
  • Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation, and opportunity analysis to develop short, medium, and long-term strategies aimed at achieving targets.
  • Support the analysis of group enquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies.
  • Contribute to maximising room revenues and RevPAR, supporting the achievement of RGI targets and benchmarking against the comp set.
  • Assist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets alongside property General Managers (GMs) and the Director of Revenue (DOR).
  • Participate in Revenue Meetings, aiding in identifying risks and opportunities and helping to implement strategies for optimising results.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manage, General Manager, Director of Revenue, and Sales & Marketing teams to support revenue maximisation efforts for the hotels.

Qualifications

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a revenue-focused role.
  • Multi-property experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and meeting performance targets.
  • Proven ability to use various mediums to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and impact key stakeholders remotely.
  • Prior knowledge with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS advantageous but not essential

This position is newly designed for someone ready to contribute to revenue strategies and provide essential support to the Revenue Management team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
