We’re searching for a creative and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team 🌟and drive our marketing and PR efforts. If you’re passionate about media relations, event planning 🎉, and supporting our sales teams 📈, this role is perfect for you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• You’ll be the mastermind behind all press inquiries 📰✨, ensuring our hotel is always in the spotlight. Your role includes organizing standout PR events 🥂🎊 that capture attention and enhance our brand image.
• Taking care of journalists staying with us will be part of your daily routine 📅🛏️, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience at Mama Shelter. You’ll be proactive in implementing creative PR measures 💡🚀 to keep our hotel buzzing with excitement.
• Managing our marketing budget is key to your role 💰📊, so you'll forecast, plan, and monitor expenses to maximize impact. You’ll also keep our press database and marketing materials updated 📂🖼️, from press releases to photo archives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local journalists, community leaders, and VIPs is crucial 🤝🎤. You’ll make sure to keep the press engaged through thoughtful interactions and regular updates.
• Internally, you'll support our Rooms, F&B 🍽️, and Banquet teams 🎉 with marketing activities that drive bookings and sales. Communication is key 📞🔗, so you'll keep the team informed about all relevant news and maintain a positive internal environment.
• Always be prepared and adhere to hotel standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism 🕶️👔. You’ll also be involved in special tasks and new openings 🎈🚪, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.
