Prime Function:
- Investigate market conditions and competition to determine effective sales programmes
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Design and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned segments
- Plan and initiate action plans to secure new business
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Planning
- Assist in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for assigned segments
- Achieve objectives established in the Organisation's Strategic Plan
People Management
- Maintain seamless coordination with all departments
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and other departments
- Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning and promote teamwork
Financial Management
- Identify optimal, cost-effective use of resources
Operational Management
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations for targeted markets
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback
- Contribute to increasing business volume
- Prepare annual sales goals and develop working plans to achieve them
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines
- Respect the hotel's security regulations and environmental commitments
