Job Description

Summary:
Join our team as Assistant Manager, People & Culture, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the development of our talented team members. You will collaborate closely with the Manager, People & Culture to implement strategies that promote employee engagement, development, and well-being within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management: Aid in performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, providing guidance to staff as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Culture Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing employee data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

 


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources or related field, with at least 2 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
