Learning & Development
- Assist in developing and implementing the hotel's annual Learning & Development plan.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and mandatory training programs.
- Organize and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
- Support the implementation of brand learning initiatives and corporate training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants.
Training Administration
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning reports.
- Update training matrices and monitor completion of mandatory learning.
- Prepare monthly training reports and analyze training statistics.
- Manage training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure compliance with company, brand, and legal training requirements.
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training, including health & safety, food safety, and other statutory programs.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete training documentation.
Talent Development
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and supporting talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership development programs, mentoring, and succession planning activities.
- Support employee engagement activities that promote a learning culture.
Collaboration
- Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses.
- Work closely with Human Resources on employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate with external trainers, learning partners, and corporate L&D teams when required.
Your experience and skills include:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 1 year at Supervisory level, Hotel operational experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and employment law requirements
- Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market
