Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join the Talent & Culture Team at Novotel West London.

We are looking for a strong individual who will assist the Talent & Culture Manager with the onboarding, administrative duties and any ad hoc projects that occur.

Your role will cover the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare new starter documentations (offer letters, contracts, new starter welcome pack)
  • Perform right to work checks and monitor employee immigration status.
  • To develop and manage an effective recruitment tracker process, incorporating the initial enquiry through to the final decision and follow up. Including all administration and feedback.
  • Handle new starter induction process
  • To assist the Talent & Culture Manager with disciplinary; grievance and appeals procedures when required.
  • To assist with other administrative duties and any ad hoc projects that occur.
  • To present a professional, friendly and efficient impression of the Hotel at all times.

Qualifications

Work Experience

  • At least one year Human Resources experience is desired
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • Fluent in English - spoken & written.
