ASSISTANT(E) CHEF DE RÉCEPTION EN HÔTELLERIE
Mission:
L'Hôtel IBIS Lyon Oullins recherche son (sa) futur(e) assistant(e) chef de réception :
Vous avez la culture de l'hospitalité, vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe jeune et dynamique ? Nous vous proposons de vous intégrer dans une entreprise orientée vers l'avenir avec de nombreux projets faisant de cet établissement l'un des plus beaux hôtels 3* de Lyon.
Vos futures missions avec le soutien de votre chef de réception :
● Vous supervisez les activités opérationnelles, logistiques et gérez le budget de votre service en fonction du taux d’occupation et des prévisions.
● Vous êtes garant de l’activité de votre service : chiffre d'affaires enregistré, conformité des facturations et encaissement, sécurisation des données ou encore respect des normes qualité.
● Vous coordonnez l’activité de vos équipes dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs fixés, de l’organisation des réunions hebdomadaires à la gestion des plannings.
● Vous êtes régulièrement en lien avec les autres services de l’hôtel, pour garantir à vos clients un accueil et séjour de qualité. Vous êtes d’ailleurs une vraie source d’inspiration pour l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel en termes d’accueil et de satisfaction client.
● Vous vous assurez de la bonne ambiance générale et êtes toujours à l’écoute des besoins et envies de chacun.
● Assurer la bonne application des standards Accor et des procédures internes
● Traiter les réclamations et garantir une gestion efficace des litiges

le bon candidat :
● Vos premières expériences dans la gestion de services de réception vous ont permis de développer vos connaissances de l’hôtellerie et d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
● Excellente maîtrise des outils Accor (FOLS, TARS, ALL, TrustYou…)
● Sens du service et excellent relationnel
● Rigueur, organisation et gestion du stress
● Vous aimez être à l’écoute de vos équipes, à qui vous transmettez au quotidien votre savoir-faire et votre passion.
● Très à l’aise en français et en anglais, vous maîtrisez aussi une 3e langue ou aimez découvrir de nouvelles cultures.
Travail Semaine et Week-End (5j/7) Ouverture ou Fermeture, 2 jours de repos consécutifs
