Job Description

The position is to support the Director of Finance Hotel Operation – Indonesia and Malaysia and function as business partner to the relevant SVPO & DOP among all Accor hotels (Premium-Mid scale & Economy brand) in Indonesia to ensure proper controls in accordance with Accor Southeast Asia requirements, statutory processes and compliance. The position also has responsibility for overseeing the financial reporting of  Accor’s hotel operations  in Indonesia.


  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with a CPA or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position with demonstrated leadership
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
  • Excellent communication & Organizational skills.
  • Hotel Industry knowledge, Director of Finance of a large scale hotel
  • Familiar with the Indonesia local business landscape and practices
