Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Managing accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Processing guest payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Collaborating with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and guest inquiries.
  • Conducting regular audits to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
  • Assisting in month-end closing procedures and reporting.


Your Skills and experience include: 

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable function
  • Excellent internal & external communication skills 
  • Experience with Opera Cloud PMS
  • Relevant Qualifications and a minimum of 1 Year(s) experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and frameworks
  • Understanding and appreciation of Hotel Portfolio arrangements
