- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement annual marketing plans and business strategies.
- Produce and analyse monthly reports on account productivity, market segment performance, and sales targets.
- Manage and expand client relationships through sales calls, site inspections, and networking with key industry professionals.
- Negotiate optimal rates and sell to new and existing customers in line with the hotel's sales strategy.
- Promote the hotel through various channels, including presentations, entertainment, and liaising with business generators and industry partners.
- Assist in evaluating sales and marketing activities, analysing sales mix, and developing new products and services.
- Maintain proficiency in the hotel's computer systems and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of industrial Sales experience
- In-depth hospitality industry knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with adaptability to a fast-paced environment
