Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting our organization's talent management initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for developing and engaging employees.

  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Support the design and execution of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage performance evaluation processes and career development plans
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs
  • Support the implementation and management of HRIS and other HR technologies
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and internal communication strategies
  • Stay updated on Egyptian labor laws and ensure compliance in HR practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law and/or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Must be an Egyptian national
