Vom Check-in bis zum „Auf Wiedersehen“: Unser Team am Empfang des 25hours Hotel sorgt für glückliche Gäste vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment und in der Nacht übernimmst du die Verantwortung. Zur Unterstützung dieser Abteilung freuen wir uns auf dich in unserem Nacht-Team.
Wie schaut dein Arbeitstag aus …
- Du sorgst an der Rezeption auch spät nachts nicht nur für zufriedene, sondern für begeisterte Gäste
- Du kümmerst dich darum, dass die Kasse gebucht und der Tag gecheckt ist, bevor alle wieder aufwachen
- Du stehst den Gästen in der Nacht für alle Belange als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung
- Du führst regelmäßige Sicherheitsrundgänge durch, damit sich keiner im Haus verirrt und alles ruhig und sicher ist
