• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests at their tables.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to the guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Set up and prepare the dining area, including table settings, linen, and glassware.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
• Flexibility to take on various shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
