Job Description

First impressions are everything. When guests come and dine in our hotels, we want that impression to be memorable, leaving them with a smile and a feeling that we were there for them throughout their experience – something memorable and unique from start to finish.

As a Waiter you’re at the front row of every guest experience in our restaurants. It’s more than just:

  • Serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Answering questions on menu selection
  • Following cycle time guidelines for all meals.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
  • Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned tables including ensuring courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
  • Communicating with guests and other employees and ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service.

You will constantly be on the move, walking about and being hands-on. You might even need to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Most of all, our aim is to do things right, not just the first time but every single time to the benefit of our guests, our hotel and each other because we’re all in it together!
