As a Waiter you’re at the front row of every guest experience in our restaurants. It’s more than just:

• Serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
• Answering questions on menu selection
• Following cycle time guidelines for all meals.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned tables including ensuring courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
• Communicating with guests and other employees and ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service.

You will constantly be on the move, walking about and being hands-on. You might even need to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
