Key responsibilities include accurately presenting menu items, enhancing sales through thoughtful beverage pairings, professionally managing guest complaints, and demonstrating full proficiency in fine dining service protocols. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and proficient use of POS systems, while consistently upholding hygiene and brand standards with a proactive and professional approach.
