About V.I.E.
V.I.E. (“Volontariat International en Entreprise”) is an international paid program of up to 2 years and organized in collaboration between companies and the French government. It is meant to offer the ability to gain professional experience and opportunity to learn, grow and develop in an international work environment and provide a first step on your further career path.
To be able to participate, any applicant will need to fulfil the following criteria, independent of the job profile:
- Age 18 to 28
- French or European citizenship (EEA-countries)
- Graduated from their university studies and/or vocational training and able to work full-time for the duration of the program

As part of the Customer Experience team for Europe & North Africa (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce), you will support the e-Merchandising & Campaigns team in driving performance and engagement across ALL.com - the group’s website and multi-brand app.
You will contribute to the execution and optimisation of merchandising strategies, promotional campaigns, and global projects that aim to maximise the visibility, appeal, and results of ALL.com.
This V.I.E. position is based in Milan, within a dynamic and collaborative environment where agility, creativity, and performance are key.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a key support to the ALL.com e-Merchandising & Campaigns team, your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic. They may include, but are not limited to:
Contributing to the ALL.com animation plan
- Collaborate on the yearly merchandising and animation roadmap for the general public and ALL loyalty programme members.
- Help manage the visibility of offers and content across different versions of the ALL.com website.
Creating and activating commercial offers & campaigns
- Assist in defining campaign content (copy and visuals) tailored to different markets.
- Coordinate campaign promotion across digital channels (emailing, social media, acquisition, etc.) within our hub and with other regional teams.
- Build and update pages and content using the CMS.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitoring website & app performance
- Track and report on the performance of offers and campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, and Tableau.
- Contribute to the monthly internal performance report for ALL.com and the app.
Supporting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Help manage A/B testing and CRO strategies through our experimentation platform to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Communication & cross-team collaboration
- Liaise with digital marketing teams and channel owners to ensure campaign alignment.
- Present campaign concepts, outcomes, and product updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external partners such as content production and translation agencies.
Project management & operational support
- Take part in ad hoc projects throughout the year based on team priorities.
- Be ready to take initiative and ownership of tasks, adapting to evolving business needs.
We're looking for a candidate who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table.
Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent Bac +4/5) in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web content management (internships or apprenticeships included).
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural team environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) + Italian is a plus
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with content and data tools: Office Suite, Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Google Analytics, Tableau, and Content Square
