Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain awareness of table availability and guest flow.
- Assist the service team with guest requests when required.
- Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area.
- Follow company service, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
