Job Description
responsible in generating F&B sales by promoting and selling restaurant, catering package, food product and hotel dining venues to corporate client, wedding planners, event orgenaizer and individual customers, build and maintain strong client relation to generate repeat and referal business identify new sales opportunities, handle inquries and quotation, negotiate and close deals and coordinate with F&B operation and hotel team to ensure smooth service delivery while achieving sales and revenue target
Qualifications
minimum 1-2 years of experiance in F&B Sales preferably from international chain, midscale hotel and restaurant, focus in achieving sales target, revenue growth, customers satisfaction and business development objective, having positive attitude toward work, strong attention to detail, being disciplined and self motivated, setting a good working example, managed sales inquiries from initiate contact and quotation throught negotiation, closing, event execution, and post event follow up, flexible to work shifts, weekend and publicholidays, supported promotion to increase brand awareness, customer enggagement, occupancy of dinning/event space and offeral F&B revenue
