Job Description
Reporting to the Plaza Bar General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist Food & Beverage bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Stock and maintain daily operating supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience is an asset
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Comfortably exhibit menu knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
- Ability to fit well within a very close team environment

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Lift and carry items in excess of 30+ pounds
- Remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
