Maximize topline performance across franchise hotels by providing expert revenue guidance, proactively identifies performance gaps, and influences franchisees to adopt the right levers and actions. The role ensures strong proximity with hotels, drives improvements in RevPAR, Net RevPAR, and RGI through persuasive support rather than direct control. The role ensures consistent delivery of recommended commercial initiatives within the franchised hotels, strengthens hotels and operations engagement, and focusing on RevPAR, Net RevPAR, and RGI deviations through proximity, rapid issue resolution, and consistent performance follow‑up.

Coordinate with RMod (when relevant) or RM Services &Product dept as well as Operations to ensure consistent topline strategies across franchised hotels
Monitor performance rigorously through structured routines and KPI governance, ensuring follow‑through and measurable impact
Ensuring all performance levers are available and measured,building the capabilities needed to accelerate business growth and securing expected results for openings and ramp‑ups.
Mission Principale : Maximiser la performance du chiffre d'affaires (topline) des hôtels franchisés en fournissant des conseils experts en matière de revenus, en identifiant proactivement les écarts de performance et en travaillant avec les franchisés pour adopter les leviers et les actions appropriés. Ce rôle assure une forte proximité avec les hôtels, stimule l'amélioration du RevPAR, du Net RevPAR et du RGI grâce à un soutien persuasif plutôt qu'un contrôle direct. Le/la titulaire du poste garantit la mise en œuvre cohérente des initiatives commerciales recommandées au sein des hôtels franchisés, renforce l'engagement des hôtels et des opérations, et se concentre sur les écarts de RevPAR, Net RevPAR et RGI grâce à la proximité, une résolution rapide des problèmes et un suivi constant de la performance.
Responsabilités Clés :
- Favoriser l'amélioration du RevPAR, du Net RevPAR et du RGI au sein des hôtels franchisés grâce à des conseils commerciaux experts.
- Identifier proactivement les écarts de performance et s'assurer que les hôtels reçoivent des recommandations claires et actionnables.
- Influencer les franchisés à adopter les leviers de revenus adéquats grâce à une forte proximité, une persuasion efficace et des informations basées sur les données.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les propriétaires franchisés pour assurer l'alignement sur les priorités commerciales et les attentes en matière de performance.
- Coordonner avec le service RM (Revenue Management) approprié (lorsque pertinent) ou le département RM Services & Produit, ainsi qu'avec les Opérations, pour assurer des stratégies cohérentes à travers les hôtels franchisés.
- Surveiller rigoureusement la performance via des routines structurées et une gouvernance des KPI, assurant le suivi et un impact mesurable.
- S'assurer que tous les leviers de performance sont disponibles et mesurés, développer les capacités nécessaires pour accélérer la croissance de l'activité et garantir les résultats attendus pour les ouvertures et les ramp-ups hotels.
