The Writers Bar Server is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. Their primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. They offer personalized recommendations, share product knowledge, create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the hotel's reputation for service excellence. Their engagement with guests is crucial as they anticipate their needs and deliver beverages promptly and with attention to detail. Their exceptional service helps the hotel fulfil its commitment to providing a memorable and enjoyable stay for every guest.

The candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality and bartending will be beneficial. Candidates with previous experience in a similar role are preferred, especially in luxury hotels. Essential qualifications include a comprehensive knowledge of various beverages, excellent guest service skills with multilingual proficiency, physical stamina, keen attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and flexibility in scheduling. The Bar Server should be skilled in engaging with guests, maintaining a polished bar area and demonstrating a commitment to exceeding guest expectations while upholding the hotel's prestigious reputation.
