Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and look after them brilliantly from the moment they arrive until they leave
  • Stay one step ahead by anticipating what guests need and making it happen
  • Turn guest concerns into opportunities—handle complaints and remarks with flair, responding within our speedy 15-minute Ibis promise
  • Master all the arrival and departure essentials, following our procedures like a pro
  • Be the voice of the hotel—handle phone calls and reservations with enthusiasm
  • Get creative in the kitchen! Prepare delicious snacks and breakfast outside restaurant hours whilst keeping invoicing and banking spot-on
  • Champion our 'Environment charter'—save energy, recycle, and sort waste like an eco-warrior
  • Keep the workplace looking sharp and inviting for everyone
  • Be our safety guardian—protect both people and property throughout the hotel

Qualifications

  • Food and hygiene

Shifts: Breakfast 6:30 A.M. -11 A.M.

            Reception Shifts :

            7AM - 3PM

           3PM -11PM

           11PM - 7AM

Mostly Breakfast shifts and cover for dinner shifts. Also reception shifts.
