Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Maintains and updates employee database.
  • Ensures employee files are maintained, updated and kept confidential.
  • Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Create and update employee data record in system.
  • Prepare various letters and communication to employees.
  • Assist the Government Relations Officer, Accommodation Manager, Staff Cafeteria and Driver Supervisor with their secretarial tasks if required.
  • In charge of the daily, weekly and monthly attendance of all HR employees.
  • Manage resignation and clearance procedures.
  • Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures.
  • Handling the health card for the concerned departments.
  • Booking and assisting staff with the annual tickets.
  • To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
  • To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
  • To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
  • Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
  • Good command of English and one other language used by majority of staff.
  • Minimum Two years' experience in 5 Star Hotels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
