Our 211 dynamic rooms allow the guest to sleep with comfort, while enjoying affordable culinary selections at sTREATs Restaurant. The hotel is 5 minutes to Jakarta Kota Train Station, 10 minutes to JIExpo Kemayoran or Ancol Dreamland and 30 minutes to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. For meeting and event, we provide 3 Milky Way rooms that can be combined into a large ballroom for 500 delegates.


Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate interviews and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and advise on talent requirements.
  • Assisting the scheduling of interview process to Talent & Culture Manager and Dept. Users.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Preparing the pre-employment process i.e. invitation for medical check- up document administration for 1st day on boarding.
  • Preparing welcome kit for new hire.  
  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Collaborate for any in house or external training needs with T&C Manager and L&D Coordinator as well as with others Department.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions in timeline manner.
  • Supporting promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that ensure a welcoming and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures as necessary.
  • Updating Employee Database in monthly basis.
  • Updating Daily Manning and Schedule Rotation..
  • Ensure security and upkeep of all departmental confidential information and files

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR, talent management, or related roles.
  • Strong in Administration
  • Experience in fostering a strong organizational culture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and build a positive workplace culture.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
