We are looking for a Part time -  Talent & Culture Administrator to provide quality and professional administrative support to the Sydney Talent & Culture Manager for our Sydney Domestic Lounges. This position is an onsite role at the Sydney Domestic/International Airport. 


Job Description

  • Open and sort all incoming correspondence for attention of the Talent and Culture Manager, source information as necessary to enable a prompt and accurate response.
  • Assist with set-up of new starters with ASIC applications, onboarding documents and training material allocation. 
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  • Assist and follow up with team member enquires, assist where possible or arrange for response to be provided in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the grooming and general aspect of team members, in particular with regard to uniforms.
  • Be fully competent in the use of company software programs and be willing to learn other software programs as necessary in order to achieve fast and professional presentation of all project work, financial data and correspondence.
  • Ensure that all invoices passed through to the Talent & Culture Manager for signing are backed up with the correct documentation.
  • Generate purchase orders for all areas of potential expenditure.
  • Assist the Talent & Culture team with employee relations initiatives, administration of the reward and recognition program/s.
  • Follow Company procedures with respect to grooming, performance and conduct standards, workplace health and safety, emergency procedures and all other property policies and procedures as detailed in the team member handbook, department procedure manuals and company policy manuals

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or in the process of studying toward this).
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Human Resources Admin role or similar role
  • Strong administration and systems skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Award interpretation, WHS and Fair Work Australia
  • All applicants MUST have working rights within Australia

  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
