Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget du Palais du Congrès 13 200 ARLES représente un Combo de 144 chambres avec des prestations Bar, restauration, 5 salles séminaires, piscine qui se situe non loin du centre d'ARLES.
Daté de 1970, le bâtiment offre un emplacement de choix en sortie de l'autoroute, emplacement idéal pour une clientèle de Corporate de MICE, de leisure .
L'adjoint, l'adjointe sera en charge de superviser les opérations quotidiennes des hôtels, la réception, le service client, la restauration, et l'entretien.
Assurer la coordination entre les différents départements pour garantir un service fluide et efficace.
Superviser le personnel pour garantir un service de qualité et conforme aux standards du groupe.
Recruter, former, le personnel.
Planifier les horaires de travail et gérer les absences.
Motiver en encadrer les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs
Contrôler les dépenses et optimiser les coûts.
Analyser les performances financières et proposer des actions correctives
Collaborer avec le service marketing
Participer à des actions commerciales et à des évenements pour promouvoir l'hôtel.
Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et d'hygiène en vigeur
Leadership et gestion d'Equipe : Capacité à diriger et à motiver une équipe.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu ' à l'ecrit.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Bilingue en Anglais.
Connaissance en gestion budgétaire et analyse
