Job Description

  • Assists the Director of Sustainability and Performance in achieving and maintaining sustainability certifications and supports the monitoring and reporting of progress on ESG, CSR, sustainability, and hotel performance goals. ​

  • Provides administrative support to the department by managing correspondence and maintenance of records, schedules and coordinates meetings and monitors and manages office supplies. 


Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sustainability or a related field. ​

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as admin assistant in a luxury hotel is an advantage. ​

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen sense of detail and passion for sustainability. ​

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications and Canva. ​

  • In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
