Job Description

Summary: As a Supervisor, Guest Services Operators, you’ll play a vital role in leading our team to provide exceptional service to our guests. You’ll be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring that our standards of excellence are upheld. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences, reflecting our commitment to luxury and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate the Guest Services Operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • First Point of Contact: Greet callers and guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a welcoming experience.

  • Enhance Guest Experiences: Share insider tips about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options, ensuring each interaction is special and personalized.

  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach, training staff on effective resolution techniques and escalating issues to management when necessary.

  • Streamline Communication: Coordinate with various departments to connect guests with the right resources, ensuring seamless service.

  • Maintain Records: Oversee the accurate logging of calls, messages, and requests for follow-up, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new team members, instilling the importance of exceptional guest service and hotel protocols.

  • Stay Prepared: Ensure the team is familiar with hotel emergency procedures and protocols to guarantee guest safety and well-being.


Qualifications

About You:

  • Luxury Experience: Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating a strong ability to provide sophisticated and discreet service.
  • Exceptional Skills: Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined approach to guest interactions and service delivery.
  • Operational Knowledge: Proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a deep understanding of sophisticated service protocols.
  • Educational Background: Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, preferred.
