Responder por la gestión de las actividades de la Recepción, garantizando los patrones de la excelencia en la atención y al aumento de la performance de la unidad.
Supervisar y coordinar al equipo priorizando y distribuyendo tareas .
Supervisar la ocupación del hotel en conjunto con el Jefe de Recepción y/o Subgerente, de acuerdo con la disponibilidad, orientando al Encargado de Reservas y realizando las correcciones necesarias.
Apoyar al Jefe de Recepción y/o Subgerente en la gestión de las actividades de la Recepción y en el desarrollo del equipo, contribuyendo para la excelencia en la atención y para el aumento de la performance del hotel.
Velar por la satisfacción de los clientes: Recibiendo a los huéspedes/clientes, Check In, Check Out , resolución de dudas y problemas, reservas, confirmación de pasaje aéreo, direcciones/teléfonos de locales.
Elaborar turnos, verificar asistencia, horas extras, vacaciones, etc de su equipo. Junto con supervisar y coordinar a los colaboradores para la entrega de un servicio de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca. Además, de mantener un equipo motivado en la gestión.
Mantener contacto con los demás sectores para la solución de asuntos diversos relacionados al área.

- Experiencia en el cargo
- Superior completo en Turismo u Hotelería o compatible
- Nivel de Ingles conversacional
- Manejo de liderazgo
