O Novotel Lisboa está a recrutar Sub Chefe de receção para integrar a nossa equipa de Front Office!

O que esperamos de ti:

Reportando ao Chefe de Receção, os nossos sub chefes de receção são membros cruciais na liderança da equipa, controlo e supervisão das tarefas de Front Office.

Parte integrante da venda, da organização do respectivo departamento e da qualidade das relações em termos de acolhimento, reservas e de serviços prestados ao cliente, bem como dos membros da equipa.

  • As tuas principais responsabilidades consistem em:

  • Prestar o melhor acolhimento ao cliente graças a um serviço de qualidade, a fim de desenvolver as vendas de alojamento.
  • Supervisionar, gerir e otimizar a venda de quartos.
  • Aplicar a política tarifária e os procedimentos decorrentes dela.
  • Gerir a faturação e recebimentos.
  • Animar e insipirar a equipa de Front Office e reservas, contribuindo para um bom ambiente de trabalho e espírito positivo.
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento da legislação laboral no respetivo departamento.

Qualificações

Quem és:

  • Preferencialmente formado em hotelaria e/ou turismo, com experiência comprovada em Front Office.
  • Ambição de pertencer a um projeto desafiante dentro de um dos grupos hoteleiros líderes a nível mundial.
  • Sentido do acolhimento, do contacto.
  • Autodomínio em qualquer circunstância.
  • Sentido comercial apurado.
  • Reatividade, espírito de iniciativa.
  • Domínio do ambiente Windows, PMS, CRM e das novas tecnologias.
  • Bom nível de cultura geral.
  • Excelente apresentação.
  • Língua portuguesa e inglesa obrigatórias.
  • Uma terceira língua constitui uma vantagem.
